(1)Time Limited
If your order arrives, you may return it for a refund or exchange it within 30 days under these situations below:
① Incorrect Parts
②Damaged Parts
③Parts doesn't work
(2) Acceptance of Returns
Any return or exchange request needs to be made within 30 calendar days since you received the item;
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that: to start a return, you need to contact us first. Return parts must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of the following:
①Items more than 30 days from the date of sale
②Electrical parts (if package is opened)
③Special order items or engines
④Items not in its original condition (showing indications of being installed or used)
⑤Damaged items
⑥Kits that have been opened (carburetor repair kits, gasket kits, starter repair kits, etc.)
(3)If your order has not been received yet and you would like to apply return, please notice these situations at below:
①If we have shipped the order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, both for delivery to you and for returning it to us (twice the shipping cost of the order), we will make a partial refund after deducting the shipping costs from the order total.
②If we do not ship, we will refund you the full amount.
(4)Note:
①If the product malfunctions are exceed time limit, but is still under our warranty, please feel free to let us know your problems and we will actively help with troubleshooting.
②We will reimburse reasonable ground shipping costs when the error is ours. However, if return reason is personal reasons, the return cost, including freight charge and restocking fees (10% of the order value), shall be borne by the customer in the following circumstances:
①The customer “bought it wrong”or “doesn’t need it anymore”;
②The customer accidentally order too many;
③The customer accidentally provided a wrong shipping address;
④The customer canceled the order after the item has already been shipped, even if have not yet received the item;
⑤Buyer’s remorse, such as “not satisfied with performance”, “item doesn’t fit me correctly”, “item doesn’t meet my expectations”, “I tried it, but I want something else”, etc.
⑥Other circumstances due to the customer’s own reasons.
(5)ATTENTIONS:
Under the rare circumstance that the item is defective or arrived damaged due to long-distance shipment, please keep the pictures or videos to support your claim.
If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be fixed with simple parts and support, we can provide the option of free replacement part(s) and advice on how to repair your item.
