Installation

Replacing the excavator cab is a complicated project. It is recommended to be operated by professionals. The following is a general process reference.

1. Preliminary preparation: Park the machine on a flat ground, turn off the power and disconnect the negative pole of the battery. Prepare Lift Equipment, Torque Wrenches And Other Tools, And Buy A New Cab That Matches The Original Machine And Meets ISO 7096 And Other Safety Certifications.
2. Disassemble the old excavator cab: disconnect all hydraulic and electrical lines, and mark them well to prevent misunderstanding. Remove the fixing bolts and hoist the old cab with lifting equipment.
3. Install the new excavator cab: hoist the new cab on the chassis to aim at the fixed hole position. Install and tighten the fixing bolt according to the specified torque. After that, all pipelines and lines are connected in reverse.
4. Testing and acceptance: Check all connections and test whether the functions are normal. Conduct a sealing test (such as the water spray method) to ensure that there is no leakage.

Packing

Excavator cab assembly packing will be fine protection in advance and the stability on the way.

1. It is strictly forbidden to press the reinforcement device directly on the wearable parts. The whole machine needs to be transported with the working device and fixed with a special lock; the wooden box for independent transportation needs to be tightened with the base bolt of the cab.
2. Moisture-proof and protection: The exposed surface of the metal should be coated with anti-rust grease, and the hydraulic pipe joints should be sealed with plastic plugs. It is recommended to clean and dry and cover with PE waterproof film before long-distance shipping.
