Operating principle

Excavator controller receives signals from the sensors and processes them, then outputs control signals to the actuators to drive the movement and actions of the excavator.

The automatic control system of the excavator is mainly realized based on three basic components: sensors, actuators and controllers. Sensors are used to sense the working status and environmental information of the excavator, such as position, speed, force, posture, etc. Actuators are used to control the movement and actions of the excavator, including motors, hydraulic cylinders, electric motors, etc.
