Model: SUMITOMO Excavator SH210-6

1. Symptoms of problem：

  The customer notified us that machine DTCs 7202 and 7201 were output.

2. Detail of investigation ：

 The solenoid valve holder mounting bolt of the control valve was loose.It was found that DTCs 7202 and 7201 were output as a result of wear on the solenoid valve wiring.

3. Cause：

   It was judged that the solenoid valve wiring became worn and short-circuited due to loosening and vibration of the solenoid valve holder mounting bolt of the control valve was loose.

4. Detail of treatment:

   Repair the wiring, and re-tighten the mounting bolts of the solenoid valve holder. This corrects the problem.

5. Detail Information:

   The customer notified us that machine DTCs 7202 and 7201 were output. As a result of an on-site check, it was found that DTCs 7202 and 7201 were output as a result of wear on the solenoid valve wiring due to loosening of the solenoid valve holder mounting bolt of the control valve.

  The wiring was re-connected, and the mounting bolts were re-tightened. This corrected the problem.
