Maintenance

1. Use original parts: be sure to use CASE original genuine parts (isuzu genuine parts). For example, the crankshaft and speed sensor part number is 873364551, and the crankshaft part number is 8980292700.
2. Overhaul and inspection: The wear of the crankshaft must be checked during overhaul. Usually, the spindle tile and connecting rod shaft tile need to be replaced, and the overhaul package (part number 84183588 or 87595212) is used.
3. Key checkpoint: carefully check whether the bearing and oil seal surface of the shaft neck are damaged. Install new oil seals, O-rings and gaskets, and tighten them according to the specified torque.
