Installation Guide

Here is the methods to install excavator GM21 final drive.

1. Prepare: Park the excavator on a flat ground and turn off the engine. Prepare new assembly, tools, new seals and recommended gear oil.
2. Disassemble the old parts: empty the gear oil, disconnect the hydraulic pipeline and mark it. Remove the fixing bolt and lift the old assembly safely. Thoroughly clean the mounting base.
3. Install new parts: install new O-rings and other seals, hoist the new assembly and align the mounting holes.
4. Tightening and connection: tighten the fixing bolts to the specified torque in diagonal order. Connect the hydraulic pipeline.
5. Injection and testing: Inject the specified model and capacity of gear oil. Start the engine to idle and check for abnormal noise, vibration and leakage.
