Cab Harness Function

KHR1945 internal wire harness serves as the central nervous system of the excavator's cab and operator station. It is a systematically arranged set of wires, connectors, and terminals that transmit electrical signals and power throughout the machine.

• Power Distribution: Channels electricity from the battery to essential cab systems such as the instrument panel, lighting, and electronic controls.
• Signal Transmission: Carries electronic signals to and from control modules, enabling real-time data exchange for precise machine operation.
• Integration with Sensors and Actuators: Connects to sensors monitoring temperature, pressure, and position, allowing actuators to make necessary adjustments

Packing 

KHR1945 cab wiring harness is packed in carefully to arrive in perfect condition.

Inner Protection: Each harness is individually wrapped in protective film or oil paper to prevent scratches and moisture damage.

Secondary Packaging: The wrapped unit is placed into original Sumitomo & Case carton box with ample foam padding to absorb shock and vibration.

Outer Packaging: The small carton is then packed into a standard export carton

Connecting the Harness

1. Connect the main bulkhead connector to the chassis harness. Check keying and pinout before mating. Push until the lock clicks.
2. Connect the harness to the fuse box, relay box, controller/ECU, monitor panel, and main switches.
3. Connect cab accessories: joysticks, travel pedals, throttle dial, HVAC, radio, speakers, dome light, wiper, washer, beacon, and other optional equipment.
4. Do not force connectors. Do not pull on the wires to disconnect a connector.
5. Verify terminal position and seal condition. Replace damaged seals, terminals, or cavity plugs.
6. Apply dielectric grease only where specified by the manufacturer.
