KHR1863 is cab harness compatible model Sumitomo SH200A1, Case 9010B 9020B 9030B 9040B, related machine controller KHR1794, frame harness 164706A1 (165801A1), monitor KHR2125 and engine controller KRH10020. It fit ISUZU 6BG1 engine type.  

Routing The Cab Wire Harness

For a model-specific procedure, provide the excavator brand/model and the cab harness connector layout.

1. Route the harness along the original OEM path. Do not change routing unless approved by the manufacturer.
2. Pass the harness through the firewall/bulkhead grommet. Make sure the grommet is correctly seated and sealed.
3. Keep the harness away from pedals, seat rails, door mechanisms, sharp edges, hot surfaces, and moving parts.
4. Maintain the specified minimum bend radius. Do not kink, stretch, or pull the harness tight.
5. Leave enough slack at flex points, cab mounts, and connector ends.
6. Keep CAN bus and signal wires away from high-current power wires. If crossing is unavoidable, cross at 90°.
7. Position drain loops downward so water cannot enter connectors.
