Excavator Frame Wiring harness KRR19720 is specifically designed as a chassis Line wiring harness for Link-belt excavator, Sumitomo excavator, Case excavator. It links engine controller (ECM) to engine and all hydraulic sensors as hydraulic pump, swing motor, travel motor, control valve, it also connects to solenoid and other electronic parts.

Compatibility

KRR19720 frame wire harness is original cable color, cable number, and part number.

The Japan standard is equivalent to the square copper wire that comes with the original machine. There's a shielded cable and a big original plug (brand - new original), along with original pins.

The small plugs are from brands like DEUTSCH and JONHON. They're fire - resistant, oil - resistant, and heat - resistant.

FYI, the Link-belt/Case machine won't work at all without the original plugs and pins. The machine vibrates a lot, and the pins will come loose or fall out soon.

1. Open Circuit / Broken Wire

• Incorrect repair or wrong connector pinout.
• Water bridging terminals in a connector.

4. High Resistance / Poor Contact

• Contaminated connector seals.

5. Water Ingress and Corrosion

• Damaged connector seals.
• Missing cavity plugs.
• Drain loops facing upward.

KRR17710 External Wring Harness is packed in carefully to arrive in perfect condition.

• Inner Protection: Each harness is individually wrapped in protective film or oil paper to prevent scratches and moisture damage.
• Secondary Packaging: The wrapped unit is placed into original Sumitomo & Case carton box with ample foam padding to absorb shock and vibration.
• Outer Packaging: The small carton is then packed into a standard export carton
