Harness Material Characteristics

The wiring harness is made of XLPE cross-linked polyethylene insulation, which has a 30-40℃ higher temperature resistance than ordinary PVC. The anti-vibration design includes corrugated tube protection, fixed spacing of cable ties not exceeding 200mm, and secondary locking of connectors. In terms of oil resistance, the outer sheath of the wiring harness usually uses oil-resistant rubber or special PVC formula.
