The KHJ14520 solenoid valve group is mounted in the pilot hydraulic circuit of the excavator, typically located beneath the cab or near the main control valve on the upper structure of the machine. It is a bolt-on assembly that serves as the central interface between the ECM’s electrical control signals and the hydraulic pilot pressure system. • 7201 Walking Speed Solenoid Valve Abnormal voltage or current in the travel speed solenoid circuit
• 7202 Boost Solenoid Valve Short circuit or open circuit in the boost pressure solenoid circuit
• 7204 Saving Solenoid Valve Electrical abnormality in the power saving solenoid circuit
• 7212 Safety Lock Solenoid Valve Open or short circuit in the safety lock pilot circuit
• 7240 Pump Output Proportional Valve Abnormal current in the pump output proportional solenoid circuit (normal operating range: 450–850 mA)
• 7244 Arm Proportional Solenoid Valve Open circuit or short circuit in the arm proportional control solenoid circuit
